Salter heads Limelyte, a culture and innovation studio that builds and grows brands ranging from media, luxury and wellness to entertainment. Limelyte was behind "Feeling Nuts", a worldwide campaign to raise awareness for testicular cancer. More than one billion people in over 150 countries participated in the campaign that "almost broke the internet" according to MTV.
